Umi Sushi is a sushi bar operating since 2024. It approached us to improve the venue’s profitability through conceptual changes in the company’s marketing approach. We carried out a full marketing audit of the current situation, identified major shortcomings, and determined the further direction of movement. We developed the venue’s marketing strategy, including a detailed competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, updated positioning aimed at products for larger companies, packaging, product assortment, and promotional offers. We also developed a website as a new sales channel, rebranded the delivery mobile app, and built a new communication strategy. Targeted and search advertising were configured.





To increase brand recognition, we redesigned the venue’s entire brand identity: the logo, visual style, packaging, and social media identity.













To improve the customer experience of the mobile app users and strengthen brand recognition in the market, we modernized and redesigned the app.
