During the implementation of the Biksico SaaS e-commerce platform, we developed an overall marketing strategy, digital strategy, and SMM strategy. An in-depth SWOT analysis of competitors identified a niche for the platform as a mid-priced solution and the opportunity to compete with platforms such as Khoroshop, Shop Express, and Solomono. The main promotion channels defined for the project were contextual PPC advertising and targeted advertising. The brand positioning is built on three core principles: create easily, manage conveniently, grow flexibly.
The main rule when creating the logo and naming was based on the uniqueness of both the name and the visual identity. White and blue were chosen in line with IT industry trends. Our team also developed special branded merchandise for Biksico employees to strengthen the brand’s internal PR.






To launch targeted advertising, we developed the relevant creative content and materials, which demonstrated high lead-to-customer conversion rates.


For managing the Biksico platform, the Tini team developed an owner’s mobile app consisting of many functional elements: adding and editing products, viewing detailed analytics, managing marketing activities, handling orders, and more.


For active contextual promotion of the Biksico product, a website was developed that showcases the product’s main advantages, demonstrates how existing clients use the platform, and allows visitors to get acquainted with the service’s pricing policy and the team behind its development.
