Our team developed the brand marketing strategy for Grey Club House, based on its core positioning: the principles of comfort and security, technical excellence, and a culture of good neighborliness. We also created the brand slogan, “Far from the hustle — at the center of events!”, reflecting its positioning and advantages. Our work included logo development, visual identity, content with architectural visualizations, UX/UI website design, website development, and promotion through contextual PPC advertising.
The future logo and visual identity of the club house were built around feelings of confidence and privacy. They were designed to convey a sense of inner calm, stability, and security that accompanies residents in everyday life.






For the club house brand, we developed a brochure used by the sales department for client presentations and promotional campaigns, highlighting the concept of the complex and its advantages.




We created visualizations of each apartment on the floor plan, with carefully designed furniture layouts that clearly demonstrate the functionality of the space.







We launched and optimized contextual advertising aimed at attracting the target audience and increasing the number of high-quality inquiries, taking into account the specifics of the project and user behavior.

We designed the club house website UX/UI based on an analysis of user behavior on competitors’ websites, which allowed us to create a convenient and intuitive interface.





We developed the Grey club house website. Its key features focus users’ attention on the property’s advantages in line with the marketing strategy and allow them to book an apartment viewing using an interactive building map with the status of each real estate unit.
